What is the course format?
The course is consisted of 3 elements: online videos, class activities and a workbook.
What do I need to do in this course?
Once enrolled, you will be asked to sign up in our online platform – DeLight School and Community. You will then have access to the class materials e.g. videos.
You will need to:
- Listen to the videos at your own time
- Complete class activities e.g. discussion and journalling in your workbook
- Interact with your classmates in the forum
Why is there a time schedule for the online course?
The online course has a time schedule because we are having a group of students following a course of study together. In doing so, we encourage interaction and build a learning community, just like a face-to-face class can be.
Note: The dates are set for Hong Kong time, but anyone from any timezone can join. You can access course materials at your own time.
Is there a set time I need to be present each day during this week for the course?
No, you can access the videos / class material any time you login to the online course. However, you are encouraged to dedicate some time everyday to look at the material. After the completion of the course, there will be a live tutorial where you can meet Margie to ask questions.
How much time do I need to invest everyday during this week?
Each student is different so we would encourage you to take some time to navigate and look at the overall course materials when you first log in.
What activities do I need to complete before the course ends?
You will need to listen to all videos, and marked all class activities as completed.
Will I have access to the online course after the class ends?
Yes, you will have access to all class materials after completion, and you can listen to the videos anytime you want. You can also continue to interact with your classmates.
Is this course conducted in English?
Yes, all materials in this online course is in English. We are working on producing this course in other languages.
