3.2 Time And Space

Located above the root chakra is the sacral center chakra, the second chakra. The first video will introduce the consciousness of the sacral center chakra and the relationship with the ray. This is followed by a short meditation and we recommend finding a quiet place for the meditation.

Note: When you meditate on the chakras, you can visualize the sacred geometry in addition to the colour. The shape and energy contained will help to remove blockages and balance the chakras. Or you can visualize the shape on areas where you need support and healing.
